Delicate fabrics, structured tailoring, beading and prints all behave differently under cleaning. We treat each label on its own terms — by hand, on our own premises.
When a designer piece comes in, it's checked over before it goes anywhere near a machine. We look at the fabric composition, the construction, the trims and fastenings, and any existing marks or weak points — then decide how it should be cleaned rather than putting everything through one process.
Silk, wool crepe, embellished eveningwear, leather trims, pleating and tailoring each call for a different approach. Fragile areas are worked on by hand, linings and seams are checked, and pressing is done to the garment's original shape so structure and finish come back the way the maker intended. Nothing is sent to an outside cleaner — your clothing stays under one roof from drop-off to collection, handled by people who answer directly to you.

If a garment has a specific concern — an old stain, a loose bead, a fabric you're unsure about, or a label with particular care instructions — let us know when you book or bring it in.
